Come Wander: March 2016′s Board Chair Address

Welcome to early spring in Ontario’s Highlands!

Having just wrapped up another successful trade show season and hearing excellent feedback from consumers about some of the amazing products and experiences we have to offer, I am feeling rejuvenated and extremely positive about what we have accomplished as a region over the past few years. From the incredible recreational geology experiences to the unique stories being shared through the Ride The Highlands motorcycle initiative, Ontario’s Highlands is definitely making its mark with the visitors who choose our region as their vacation destination.

As we continue to build on this success and shift gears from winter to spring in preparation for the upcoming tourism season, now is the perfect time to review marketing plans and look for new prospects to collaborate and grow tourism in Ontario’s Highlands. A perfect opportunity to do that is by attending one of our upcoming Come Wander” stakeholder sessions being held April 19th and 20th. The stakeholder sessions are your opportunity to provide input into the development of the Come Wander strategy and discuss how you fit into the brand story.

I encourage you to attend one of the sessions below. RSVP to Julie Mulligan, OHTO’s Marketing Manager, at julie.mulligan@ohto.ca or 1.855.629.6486, x202.
