Tourism Development and Investment Conference Wrap-up

The Ontario’s Highlands Tourism Organization (OHTO) invited community leaders to participate in a one day conference on February 13, 2013 which focused on tourism development and investment attraction in Ontario’s Highlands. The event provided an opportunity to learn about the recently released Provincial strategy for tourism investment attraction as well as the Ontario’s Highlands Tourism Development Partnership Program.  A dynamic and engaging presentation was delivered in the afternoon related to the importance of growing our tourism industry through a customer-centric, industry collaborative approach to build capacity for the region’s tourism growth and economic development.
