The OHTO’s OHvation Customer Service Designation Program offers you a chance to make a similar commitment to providing your customers with excellent customer service.
The OHvation Program has been developed to help you do this by providing a framework for you to build a culture of service excellence in your business and ultimately become designated and recognized as a customer service leader. This program includes training opportunities, access to useful resources and tools, a simple process to self-evaluate your service delivery, and the opportunity for designation through a mystery shop evaluation.
